Generate and send an Invoice
Click Invoices on the left-hand toolbar.
Select + NEW INVOICE
Select the client you want to invoice.
Fill in the Date of Issue and the Payment Due Date.
By clicking + GENERATE ITEMS you will add any hours entered in the Time Tracker which have not yet been billed. To learn how to track your hours, read the article Tracking your hours.
Click + ADD NEW ITEM MANUALLY to add a charge for a service for which you have not tracked time.
Fill in the Description, Unit Price, and the Quantity. Hit SAVE.
Any invoice item can be edited by clicking the Edit icon or deleted by clicking the Delete icon.
To save your invoice, click SAVE on the right hand corner.
Select SEND to send the invoice to your client.
The status of your invoice will now be SENT.
