We suggest you only delete a client if you have entered the client in error or as a duplicate. Any other clients can be Archived to keep access to their profile and data. To learn how to archive a client, click here: Clients: Archiving a client
Deleting a client
Select the Clients option on the left-hand toolbar.
Find the client you want to delete on the list.
Click on the client name to open the client profile.
On the client Overview Tab, click the blue lightning bolt in the right bottom corner.
Click Delete Client on the list.
Click YES when asked if you want to confirm deleting the client.
