Accepting an invite from an Agency

Learn the appropriate steps to set up your Agent/Team Member account

Please read the 3 options mentioned below and decide which suits your needs the best before you accept the invite sent by an Agency.

  1. You already have a Starter or Pro Subscription with eDoula.biz and you want your own clients and the agency clients showing on a combined account.

  2. You already have a Starter or Pro Subscription with eDoula.biz and you DO NOT want your own clients and the agency clients showing on the same account.

  3. You do not have an existing account with eDoula.biz and you will need to create a new login giving you access to the Agency clients only.

Option 1

You already have your own Starter and Pro Subscription with eDoula.biz and you want your own and the Agency clients showing on a combined account. You will continue to pay for your own Starter or Pro Subscription and the Agency will be paying for the Agency access.

  1. Click the blue Join the Team button in the email invite from the Agency.

  2. Depending on whether you are already logged in to eDoula.biz, choose one of the following options:

    1. Use Existing Account (This is the option if you are not logged in to eDoula.biz already)

    2. Use this Account (This is the option available if you are already logged in to your eDoula.biz account)

  3. Enter your existing username and password with eDoula.biz.

    NOTE: The email address does not have to be the one the Agency invite was sent to.

  4. When logged in, you should now see the other Team Members of the Agency when clicking Team on the left-hand toolbar. You will only see clients listed on the client list when the Agency Owner has shared clients with you.

If you are asked to pay and choose a subscription type during the process of accepting an Agency Invite, please contact us at support@edoula.biz and we will assist you in getting everything set up correctly.

Option 2

You already have your own Starter and Pro Subscription with eDoula.biz and you do not want your own and the Agency clients showing on a combined account. You will need two separate logins. You will continue to pay for your own Starter or Pro Subscription and the Agency will be paying for the Agency access.

  1. Click the blue Join the Team button in the email invite from the Agency.

  2. Whether you are logged in to your own eDoula.biz account or not, click Create New Account

  3. Enter country, your full name, a username (different email than your existing eDoula.biz account) and password.

    NOTE: The email address does not have to be the one the Agency invite was sent to.

  4. Click Continue

  5. When logged in, you should now see the other Team Members of the Agency when clicking Team on the left-hand toolbar. You will only see clients listed on the client list when the Agency Owner has shared clients with you.

If you are asked to pay and choose a subscription type during the process of accepting an Agency Invite, please contact us at support@edoula.biz and we will assist you in getting everything set up correctly.

Option 3

You do not have a Starter and Pro Subscription with eDoula.biz and this is the first time you will be creating a eDoula.biz login. You will not be paying for the access to the Agency account, the Agency will be billed for your access.

  1. Click the blue Join the Team button in the email invite from the Agency.

  2. Click Create New Account

  3. Enter country, your full name, a username (email address) and password.

    NOTE: The email address does not have to be the one the Agency invite was sent to.

  4. Click Continue

  5. When logged in, you should now see the other Team Members of the Agency when clicking Team on the left-hand toolbar. You will only see clients listed on the client list when the Agency Owner has shared clients with you.
