Setting up the template
Select Invoices on the left-hand toolbar.
Click SETTINGS.
The first step is to choose the proper currency e.g. CAD.
You can select if you want to show your business address on your invoice by toggling Show my business address on the invoice. The address will be the address you have listed as your business address on your profile.
To accept online payments, you must first set up an account with either SQUARE or PAYPAL.
Fill in any additional information under Memo or Terms such as Tax Numbers, Doula Certification number or any other information you want on all your invoices.
Click SAVE
Viewing the template and adding your business logo
From the invoice list, click NEW INVOICE.
The logo can be added from your profile or added to the invoice when you create your next client invoice. To add the logo on your next and subsequent invoices click the Upload Logo button. This will also update the logo in your profile.
