You can customize many aspects of eDoula, including what shows for any tag in notes, expense categories and the field tags that show in the system. (To change the fields on your forms, please see this article)

In customization you have two options at the top, client fields and tags/lists.

To customize the labels in the client tabs, click on the field you want to change, adjust the wording to suit you and hit save. The custom wording will now show in ALL client profiles.

Please note that this does not change the type of field or the information that will be populated there from the forms. It only changes the wording on eDoula.

If you want to hide a field from ALL client profiles, click on the field you want to hide and press the “hide field” button.

To change the tags that show up in notes click the notes and list option at the top to get this view.

You can hide any tags you do not wish to use by clicking on it and pressing hide.

You can add your own short hand for any tag by clicking it and choosing 3-6 letters. Below the short form of artificial rupture of membranes has been changed to AROM.

You can also add new tags to suit your own practice.
