How to update the status tag on your client

The client status can be updated either manually, which we will show in this article, or the status can change from the default LEAD to Active by a contract being signed.

  1. On the left-hand toolbar, select Clients

  2. Click the client name in the client list

  3. When a client is create the status is by default set to No Status, which makes the client a LEAD as seen in the crossbar above the client name.

  4. Click SET HIRE STATUS and select the appropriate status.

  5. You will now see the updated status on the client profile and on the client list as well.
