How to add or revoke a partner, backup or agency doula to your account. What team members can access.

Before you can assign a client to a parter backup or agency doula, you will need to add them to your team. On the left hand tool bar, select team. You can see who is active, invited or archived here.

To add a new team member, hit Invite in the top right corner. Enter their name and email address and hit send.

They will receive an email to join your team. If they choose not to get an eDoula account, you can assign them as a backup, but they will not be able to see the client file and they will continue to show as “invited”.

If they already have eDoula, or if they sign up they will become “active”. Any clients you share with them will be visible on their dashboard with an arrow to indicate the file has been shared in.

The client will show an arrow out to indicate the file has been shared and the doula assigned name tag will also appear. In the example below Maria has been shared in with me (Brooke F.) and I have shared Sarah out to Brooke D.

To revoke access click the three dots on the far left and hit revoke

You can also reactivate a team member in much the same way, clicking the three dots and selecting reactivate
