Using the dashboard, activity log and event tracker

eDoula makes it easy to keep track of what is going on in your account by using an activity log and event tracker on the main dashboard.

The dashboard gives you an overall look at what is going on for you and your clients.

  • Events will show meetings, tasks and on call periods.

    • Up to 10 upcoming events and up to 2 past events will be shown

  • Activity will show client related items such as

    • forms, contracts or emails being sent or completed

    • expenses or time tracks

    • meetings or tasks created, updated or completed

    • Clients created or updated

    • On call periods created or updated

For agencies or partnerships you can also filter the events section by team members or show everyone’s events. If a team member is missing from that list, they do not have an event assigned to them within the upcoming 10 events and/or one month.
