Yes. You can upgrade and downgrade between Starter and Pro plans at anytime.

If you are on an Agent plan as part of an Agency, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro and add your own clients, separate from the Agency.

You can change from a monthly to annual billing cycle and vice-versa at anytime too.

If you downgrade plans or go from Annual to Monthly, your account is credited with the funds using a daily prorated calculation.
